The Caribbean telephone receptionist (I don't know her name) is very rude and she has a really bad attitude. I could not even get an appointment scheduled because of her hostility. I am not sure if she is usually like this, or if she is having a bad day. I only asked her one question as to why she needed my credit card details over the phone and whether that policy was a new or an existing one. Her response was discourteous she said "how are you going to tell me about my job" . Her tone and attitude was not appreciated. I just asked because my mother and sister, both whom are patients never had to give those details over the phone before. Before hanging up, I advised her to change her attitude and offer better customer service.

Superb experience. The staff were kind and accommodating and the graduate dentist (shoutout to Dr. Emilie) was more thorough in explaining stuff than my regular dentist.

Great experience, the students and teachers are very friendly and professional. The teacher was also very funny, which helped ease my anxiety. Nothing was rushed and they made sure I had no pain while extracting my tooth! Thank you very much! I got quoted $298 by my old dentist, but this school saved the day and was only 100$ ! Ill be back

Glad too hear it's temporarily closed. I went here in 2007. They knocked my tooth out. Put 12 fillings for no reason. I never had a cavity. Just, all these holes now. I got severely abused here. And, paid $1600 . Which, my brother helped pay for. I had to fight to get most back. . The female student, an awful person all around kept telling me to sit down and be quiet, my friends were idiots, and if they were like me, she wouldn't want them as patients. Take my medication, I had a brain tumor, hung up on me a few times. Charged me for standing up for myself. Making false accusations.Saying I was going too assult her. Ya but she was an overweight woman. , I am 4 11 110 pounds. She is close to 180 lbs. I"m always in the fridge she said. Well, you can tell. I of course kept my thoughts too myself. And, they all were picking on a woman that was sick, with.a tumor. I did" nt know at the time. That is so morally wrong. Made me walk around with temporaries for 7 months. She did the worse bridge half finished, lumpy and round.False not full. Not even covering the teeth. Put a bridge on a live tooth before doing a Root canal. Told me I needed a root canal, before putting the bridge on. Did it on purpose. Not even covering the teeth. Which, is bad, food gets in there. My bridge area smells bad. If, you don't cover the teeth, that's what happens. A specialist in Burlington had to drill through the bridge to take out the root. I went to a bridge specialist on Bay St to try and fix it. He showed me what it was suppose too look like. I told him how they treated me. Especially, the woman student. He and his assistant looked mad. And, he didn't study here. I told a shrink at Toronto General. He says, they abused you. The shrink at St Joseph's Said, their behavior was duscussting. I need $5, 000 to change it. Which, I don't have. Another dentist said, they could of done a better job. This woman's work says it all. All I have to do is open my mouth. I explain why it is the way it is. I even bite my lip while eating sometimes. It's too big. She copied the first student's work , instead of doing her own. She's a horrible person.people know about her. And, I am really well known everywhere.. My elderly friend, says, she's not done with life yet. And, I Rated her on Ratemd. She, came after me again. On Twitter. Cops, contacted me there. Which, is a privacy issue. Telling me, I can't rate her. It's not illegal to rate a dentist. This woman, is self centered, narcissistic person. Who thinks, the world revolves around her. Someone else had a similar problem with her. I am not the only one. And, searching me on Social media is stalking. I also, saw her in my neighborhood in Oakville. I moved away from Toronto to get away from the trauma. That's, what it was. And, they sent all my dental records to my home. Changed a document, putting the first student's name on it. That's illegal.. I have the records at home. The assistant dean died early. A nasty person. My tumor is out now. If I didn't have one at the time, nothing would of happened to me. Everytime, I left this clinic, I was nauseated. I was getting abused, and having a brain tumor I couldn't figure it out, so my body told me. I had to get therapy because of all this. The 2 Psychiatrist was discusted by their behavior. Even, the one at Toronto General down the street from here.. Who goes to a dental place, pays, gets traumatized and abused ? Go to a trained dentist, who has been practicing for a long time. And, not someone trained here. How , do you damaged a girls mouth? Especially, one that wore braces and really cute too. She says, you never wore braces. And, who smokes cigarettes and works at a dental place. That's awful. This place should be closed permanently. Horrible...horrible behaviors.

Went for wisdom teeth extraction yesterday. I'm still a little drowsy by the time of writing this, but overall very positive experience! All the doctors and nurses (a team of 6-7 iirc) has only been caring and supporting. I was definitely nervous because I was taking all 4 teeth out at once and they were badly impacted. It went super well tho! I practically fell asleep as soon as they put the iv in me and when I woke up it's all done with minimal pain. Signing up as a new patient at first may be a little difficult because it takes a while for them to take your calls and respond to your emails and eventually put your info into their systems. But please be patient because it's totally worth! For a price way lower than a regular dentistry and a treatment just as professional I wouldn't have gone to anywhere else. I didn't get a chance to remember all the doctors, nurses and residents' name but I appreciate all you guys nonetheless. Thank you U of T Faculty of Dentistry :)
