I wanted to wait to post this review because I was so upset about the circumstances and wanted to be fair. Ive had 3 visits to this location and I would be hesitant to recommend it to anyone. My first cleaning was extremely rough, I had noted that I was a nervous patient and at no point did the dentist or hygienist speak to me, go over any aspect or check in if I needed a break. The second visit I was getting a mold for a sleep guard.I had a piercing under my tongue (web) for 12 years, with braces, oral surgery and regular cleanings all completed with out issue. The hygienist was sloppy covering my piercing with the moulding goop which resulted in her tearing my piecing! It was a HORRIFIC experience which ended with me in tears and the dentist cutting the mold out -the entire ordeal took several minutes. There were no words or apology! I went back a week later after having an incredibly painful week, my mouth was torn and so badly infected that I needed antibiotics- which should have been offered in the beginning after seeing the damage they caused. Proper care could have prevented the damage that occurred. The dentist took ages to file my retainer, asked no less than 17 times if it was ok which after 17 tires I was getting irritated at her lack of skill or knowledge. its not been another week and I had to remove the jewelry (rather it fell out because of the stretched skin and hole left in my mouth) Hopefully the healing process will continue and not leave me with a gaping hole. Overall the lack of bedside manner, awful technique, lack of communication and horrendous behaviour means I will not be returning. I have never been so disappointed with a service and I can say that Im disgusted with the staff here. The dentist had the nerve to tell me it looked fine from a medical perspective after i mentioned I was in pain for over a week unable to move my tongue - which was clearly inflamed, and sore to the touch. Overall a lack of care and competency.

Their behaviors are very good. Today, I visited there; I had a very good experience . One receptionist from Pakistan, and she is a very good lady.

Dr. Samira is absolutely a great doc. Had a great experience with her. Detailed process with great care. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere. Definitely gonna visit them again.

I highly recommend this Dental office from receptionist Maria was very helpful the moment I made the appointment. Dr. Samira and her dental assistant was very professional and thorough. She is very gentle and caring. I definitely see them again for my next appointment. Again thank you.

I had a great experience with Dr. Samira. Everyone at the office was kind and friendly, and Dr. Samira is gentle and quick. I highly recommend!
