Laurie-Ann is an excellent hygienist. She is experienced, thorough and gentle. Shes very friendly and has a great chair side manner. I highly recommend her!

This is the best dental clinic I have ever been too. They are incredibly welcoming and kind. First you meet with a team member who goes over anything you want to improve about your smile or go over any past experiences, I am someone who is nervous to go to the dentist after several bad experiences, and they made me feel very comfortable and let me know if I needed to have any procedures done this would be taken into account. I have been several times now and have not had any cavities or issues. Dr. Custoreri confirmed for me that I seemed to have a lot of fillings despite my teeth being in good condition. He said that some dentists just like to fill any potential cavity, however, he let me know he much prefers to keep the full structure of the tooth intact and only do any procedures if its completely necessary. I haven't had a cavity once since going to this dentist, which confirms my suspicion that my previous dentist was unnecessarily drilling into my teeth (she one time said I had 10 cavities to fill and the freezing didn't work...I obviously haven't been back). I have recommended many friends to Downtown Dental Centre and I would recommend it to anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist, or just wants a overall welcoming environment and professional staff. I have had multiple hygienists at this clinic and they all were wonderful as well!

Amazing dental office! Staff are nice; dentists are super kind and professional. I highly recommend my dentist Dr. Faibish!! He has been super professional and kind. I have been enjoying every single visit. Thanks to Dr. Faibish!

Dr. Arick Faibish is the best dentist! He is super calm, explains all the jargon in layman's terms, and spends time getting to know patients. Would highly recommend!
