Well, we all need to get our teeth cleaned and Dr Paul Piccininni makes it easy for me. I've been a patient for over 15 yrs and I'm glad to be here! This guy is good, really good. I honestly think he knows how many days you floss between visits and on what days. My Mom is seeing a competitor and they actually make her feel Guilty if she doesn't come in in their reminder phonecalls. Seems a little MACHIAVELLIan to me. And guess who hasn't been to the dentist in Over Three Years (and Counting)? She'll have to pay for that in Pain the next time she goes in. Customer service is key. At my dentist's office the reminders are text messages (automated) and emails (looks like a greeting card). And after my dental cleaning, I get the Stuff. If I've been diligent taking care of my teeth, I get double for being 'good'. And I use it All. Toothbrushes interdental brushes floss toothpaste. Thanks so much Dr Piccinini associates (Dr. Lara Assal is a Fantastic Dentist who has helped me immensely as well!) hygienists receptionists for taking care of me! I can't wait to see you Again! In 2020 it will be my 25th year as a client of Dentistry and Anaesthesia. In all the years of having Dr Paul and his team be my dental care providers I have to yet to have an unpleasant experience, or a bad outcome. Their front office staff and the dental technicians always provide me with top drawer service. Dr Paul is also key piece of the Olympic medical community with his dental insight and knowledge. He has previously worked with the IOC anti-doping group, and is also a member of the medical teams for both the IOC and IIHF. Maybe one day years from now, we will see him inducted into the Canadian Sports Hall of Fame.

I had very pleasant experience here, the staff is friendly and professional. I had a bit of an emergency and this place is close to work and it worked out so well this will be my regular dentest from now on. Thanks Dr. Assal !
