It was alright. I'm a patient from yonge and had to transfer over due to the yonge building being closed so i'm sure part of my gripes are due to confusion of all the patients being transferred to a new office but I feel like administration and reception could have been better, as well as the office maybe needing an update. When I was called and told of the location switch I asked if I was going to get the same dentist to ensure minimal confusion and was told yes, the reality ended up being that the people who saw me were all new to me. Which is fine, i'm not picky, but my records weren't transferred over properly and we had to wait for them to be updated. On top of that there was a long wait to get to my appointment, and during the wait there were a lot of people coming in who seemed confused and reception was having difficulty clearing things up for them. Once again, i'm sure a lot of this is because of the yonge office being closed but I also think administration could have been ironed out a bit. Additionally, I felt like the office maybe needed a renovation. The tools felt less consistent (in particular, the polisher felt so strong that it was hurting my teeth and I normally dont have a sensitivity issue), the whole office felt dimmer than yonge and one of the tvs in my room wasn't on. At the end of the day though, my teeth were cleaned and the dentists themselves were very nice and considerate. My largest problems were with the administration and reception (and those problems may be temporary anyways) so if you're here to get your teeth cleaned then that part will be totally fine. Could be I just have high standards to what I like at the Yonge location.

Went for an exam and a cleaning and overall an amazing experience. I usually hate going to the dentist but the staff here is amazing. The front desk Jessica and Burhan are very welcoming and friendly. Dr Dempsey and Maribeth were very professional and made sure to address all of my questions and concerns. Definitely coming back for any other work that I need. 10/10

My hygienist was very patient and compassionate. It was difficult to clean my teeth as I had braces on. She was very kind and comforting me.
