This is the worst dental clinic I have ever been. Here is my experience. I had appointment for dental cleaning on 17 Wednesday at 1pm. After filling the paperwork at the front desk, I was escorted to a dentist assistant . The dentist assistant asked me my problems and Offered an x ray. I told her I only came for routine dental cleaning and dont have any issues with my teeth before. She did the x ray and asked me to wait for the dentist who will read the report and do the cleaning. After waiting almost 30 mins, I asked the receptionist for when I would see the dentist. She said I need to wait another 45mins as the dentist has another patient. She said I could also reschedule if I cant wait that long. I agreed to reschedule for Saturday 20th @ 4 pm. When I went back on my appointment, the front desk again asked me to fill and sign a blank form .after signing, i asked to read the forms and the forms say services are rendered and that the claim is made in accordance with the terms and conditions. One form is for Medavie another form is for accerta provincial/ municipal social services dental plan. I then asked the receptionist why they ask me to sign on a form declaring that I have received services before I receive any service. The front desk told me that Im here for a filling and this is a normal procedure to claim insurance. I said I didnt come for a filling but Im here for dental cleaning. I insisted that the forms have to be filled out after I see the dentist and receive the services and should not be asked to sign on a blank form declaring service received. They told me to keep the forms and escorted me to the dentist assistant. The dentist assistant ( very pleasant lady) prepares me for the dentist. The dentist without even examining me said he has to do filling first and then will clean my teeth. I told him but I dont need filling and I never had issues. I asked him if he had seen the x ray report. I asked him how do you know I need filling without even reading the report or examining me? He told me to open my mouse and said. Ooo you need lots of filling. He then told me insurance doesnt cover dental cleaning. The only way to help me is if he does filling first and he will do the cleanup for free. I was shocked that this comes from a medical professional as this is an outright robbery. Why would dentist do a procedure although its covered by insurance if its not required??? I said to him I dont need filling and just because insurance covers it. Why would I have that when I dont need it?? Then he told me to pay 160$ if I want just cleaning and not filling. I told him I will report this to whoever is responsible but I wont do any medical procedures just because insurance covers it. I took all the forms and left. receptionist denied to give me even the x ray report coz I refused to give them the signed forms. I know now why they ask to sign a form declaring services received before services are provided . They do that without even writing patients name so they can easily send and get reimbursed for the services they didnt provide. Im sharing this publicly to help other clients and make sure you are aware of what you are signing. Medical fraud and unethical practices are there. Btw the dentist name is Dr. Karin Asgari

Impacted wisdom teeth extracted root left in situ. I was told after the procedure everything was out. I do a re visit no previous surgical notes from extraction that involved opening a flap extraction and closing. what happened? The doctor didnt write any notes. First thing were going to do Xray I was here last week I did an X-ray why should I repeat no answer. I feel I have a cyst post surgery. no your issue is the root as we see on the Xray I insist then on examination yes I can see I cyst and were going to refer you.. I have never seen people practicing medicine in a very disorganized manner like what I have experienced at this facility and things have to change. I asked for my surgical notes and name of doctor who did the procedure no response one week later I called twice left a voice note no response. I go to the next doctor Im asked what is the name of the doctor who did this I have no answer. I would give 0/5
