        Dr. Chen was very quick to identify what surgery I needed. Once my surgery procedure was determined, I was moved into the reception to determine the cost/what insurance would cover. This took about an hour to sort out since the receptionist didn't know how to bill greenshield insurance and left me to figure it out myself. After that ordeal, I had forgotten what the specifics of the procedure were, and what exactly it was supposed to treat. I have reached out multiple times and they wont tell me. Could be a great surgeon, but the customer service is nonexistent.

        Very unprofessional while dealing with my insurance, huge delays in procedure, would not accommodate. Failed the procedure and have yet to give refund. UPDATE after much back and forth refund was given
