Archer Dental Little Italy

Been going to archer dental for I'd say 3 years now, and I'm going to need to change dentists. From what I have read, it does seem like they try to take advantage of your insurance, booking me for things that I never agreed to. Additionally, they never listen to me when they ask to take off my retainer. Every single time I go in, they recommend for me to take it off.. No thanks, my wife did and her teeth shifted. I also have a small chip in my front tooth, where they said I should have it fixed. So that gets booked.. I finally go in for this appointment, (After they had cancelled on me before) and they didnt have this appointment in their system.. but then they said they could still do it. But before they did they asked me why I wanted to fix it, to which I replied "Because your team recommended it on my last visit.". They went on to go into a whole "Well this type of fix will only last a year and it may not be worth it. So I don't understand why they told me to get it fixed originally? Probably for money, which what else can I assume. I'll be going elsewhere.

Just moved to the neighbourhood and started coming to Archer. I have to say, its much better than my last dental clinic. Its so clean and professional. Dr.P takes the time to educate you every step of the way when doing any work and I never feel like they are rushing the job. Honey his assistant is so sweet and the entire team feels like a family! Honourable mention to Sarah who cleans my teeth immaculately and Amanda and Joanne who are always so accommodating with appointments. This place is a downtown gem. Happy I have a dental team I can trust.

What a wonderful experience with Dr. Pouriya. He is so kind and gentle. He makes coming to the dentist easy and comfortable. His assistant Honey is so warm and friendly. She makes me feel so safe and taken care of whenever I visit! Pascal, the hygienist is equally as lovely and so thorough in cleaning my teeth! I love archer dental!

Love this place! The hygienists are usually very gentle and I always have a great interaction with the receptionists! Theres one really aggressive dentist??? Im not sure what his name or title is, but I just asked to not be paired with him again and they listened! Dr archer is always very pleasant, even if she doesnt remember you she will make it her mission to make you feel like shes known you for 20+ years. Always recommend this place!
