Waited 4 weeks for my appointment. 2 days before an unpleasant receptionist with an unsuitable attitude for such a place called to tell me my appointment was on a different day with a different doctor. I told her my appt details, response was a take it or leave it attitude and that it was not her problem. For the amount of money that would be charged and the vulnerable position a patient put in for procedures much more bare-minimum professionalism is required to gain a clients trust, which this place did not come close. They wasted my time.

We love Dr. Tam and Flo so much. Ive been seeing Dr. Tam since I was a child and she is aces. The few times I have had to see other dentists as a result of moving, etc., I have been sorely disappointed. Dr. Tam has put in 2 bridges and have filled serval cavities over my 30 years of seeing her. Romana is lovely too!

Best dentist Ive ever had. Convenient downtown location near Bay station. Havent had a hygienist yet that wasnt great, I get anxiety from anything dental related but place has always been super calming (dentists super chill small dog greets in the waiting area and sometimes visits when they do work). Might be on expensive side being downtown Toronto so might be a factor depending on circumstances.
