Havent visit a dentist due to severe anxiety, today that all changed here. At first walking in I was nervous but after speaking to the front desk they made everything extremely comfortable. They walked me through everything and told me exactly what they would do next. Then Dr Farkouh came in and ensured everything I was concerned about was nothing major. If you're nervous of dentist like I was, I highly recommend Dr Farkouh and his amazing team

Rude office staff. Not returning. My two sons had been patients there for over 10 years. And while I like Dr. Farkouh, there are indeed problems with the staff. About a year had gone by since my sons had been there, so I called to see if they had an upcoming appointment. Staff member: "No." Me: "Can I book an appointment?" Staff member: "No. We don't have any." Me: "You have no appointments in all of time?" Staff member: "We're booking in the summer!" Me: "Well..." Staff member interrupting: "There's a cancellation. Can they be here in 20 minutes?" Me: "No, they just left for school." Staff member: "Then they'll have to come in the summer." Me: "Nope. They'll be going to a new dentist." When I first asked about any upcoming appointments, I expected a response along the lines of "I'm sorry you didn't get booked after your last visit. Let's see how when we can get you in." I guess my expectations were unreasonable.

They know how to treat a child who is afraid of going to dentist. Now my kid looks forward to going there.

I saw Dr. Farkouh throughout my childhood and he was utterly wonderful! He was very accommodating with my fear of needles, working with my parents to bring in an anesthesiologist for a procedure because I didnt want to be awake when I received the needles. He doesnt believe in teeth pulling, and only will if it is necessary. The staff are very friendly! Some can be a bit brusque during their busy times which is completely understandable.
