My appointment at Bloor West Dentistry took exactly as long as I had been told. The communication I had with the team here before my appointment was great! Dr. Wat was great and listen to all my concerns about my teeth.

Most people have that "fear" of going to the dentist. I know I did, but since becoming a client I actually look forward to my cleanings. The hygienists are all super friendly and sweet. They always make you feel at home, despite being all up in your mouth lol. The receptionist and Dentists are equally as friendly. You just feel like your visiting friends who happen to offer a necessary service. They do everything to make you comfortable and reduce anxiety. I've been with them since the old office across the street and the level of service has never changed. Yes they are super friendly, but they are also equally as organized and efficient. You never have to wait past your appointment time to be seen. They mastered the art of friendly and professional.

Five more stars for Dr. Lisa Wat &Associates. Josey the hygienist was extremely amazing, yeah you can tell that there is many years of experience in her steady hands I left that dentist office with no sore gum or anything it was a wonderful experience definitely bringing the children there.
