Dr. Soll did an excellent job correcting my top front teeth. I was self- conscious when smiling and now I smile with confidence. Dr. Soll used the 3M technology which allowed the procedure to be painless and exact. Dr. Soll is truly an master artist at what he does. Doctors are extremely expert, staff is very nice, gentle, and hygiene cleanliness is excellent. But there is no fiduciary relation between central dental group and patient. Central dental group keeps the money on top. Since the medical profession is a noble profession but management of the central group is money minded only. Their policy keep the money on top. If the claim for any treatment is pre-approved by the insurer, even then, the central dental group's policy is to get the full price of treatment from the patient. They are so money minded that they still doubt the insurers' approval and doubt the written approval. In fact, central dental group is practically may be right, but being in noble profession, they are morally totally wrong by forcing their patient to pay first despite pre-approval of insurance. They have good experts, but they had taken oath for nobility and fiduciary relationship. They are providing good service but have forgotten the oath they had taken for nobility first, then money, their policy is to secure the money and nobility of profession is on back burner .
