My ETA here was one hour, and I arrived 10 minutes late. Prior to my appointment I confirmed with them that I am coming to my appointment through the follow-up email they sent me. The front receptionist cancelled my appointment without even calling me to confirm if I was coming or not. She could not even put me on the waiting list for my eye appointment. Make sure to always arrive on time or they will cancel your appointment without your notice even if you are 5-10 minutes late or even if you have confirmed that you are showing up to the appointment (days prior) through email.

I LOVE the staff here!! Although there are times of high traffic, the staff here are polite, respectful and all round down to earth good human beings!! I look forward to seeing them and if I haven't seen them in a long time I ACTUALLY miss them. It's clean, open and space is always given but they make you feel calm and at home.. Like, "uhhhh.. Am I not at.... THE DENTIST?!?!?" I love them them, they're great!! :D
