The receptionist was terrible, she did not provided a good service. She did not filled out my forms properly with my dental insurance, he gave them an incorrect name which caused the insurance to be invalid and the dental office charged 700 dollars directly to me for the appointment, making me call my dental insurance later and process the refund. When I asked the recepcionist to call te dental insurance providing the right information so I can be able to use the insurance to pay for the service she just refused to help in any way possible. Pretty rude and the worst customer service I have ever seen

Pacific Dental was one of my best dentist appointments yet. The Hygienist and the Dentist were both very patient, taking time to explain the issues, causes and effects. I walked out not only with a clean mouth/set of teeth but also a lot more educated about causes of hun disease. THANK YOU!

I have been going to this clinic for about 1 month. I had some fillings and an extraction done. Dr. Sacronsky was very patient and laid back and very efficient. It was a pleasant experience. That says a lot considering it's a dental clinic.
