I have terrible experiences going to the dentist & every single staff member in the office knows that. They treat me with empathy, patience and upmost care. They take their time. Let me cry it out. Never make me feel bad for it either. They let me pick whatever to watch on Netflix. The receptionist is also my favourite of all. She sees me in the community and knows my name. Youre not just a patient here. They genuinely care about you. The receptionist is the wife of the dentist. She knows I avoid going to the dentist and when my benefits run out. She will call multiple times and email because she knows Im anxious and avoid going. In the most caring way. So if you have bad dentist anxiety I highly recommend coming here for 0 judgement.

Dr Tsimerman is absolutely the most caring Dentist. I would give 10 stars if I could. He is so gentle and takes his time to answer all of my questions. I worked in the industry for about a decade and I can say that this office is the best. Rimma is the sweetest receptionist and also very caring. All of the hygienists are also very gentle as well. I always leave feeling so cared for and with a fresh sparkly smile.

Dr T and his team provide a great service. Dr T is quite knowledgable and good at delivering the diagnosis.

My dental hygienist is Barbara.. she is fantastic ,she is really gently throughout the scaling process. Good experience.. Highly recommend this place.
