Constantly changing staff, indifference to patients, daily cold calls, management doesn't take care of their receptionists or hygienists, they fire everyone so you end up getting poor quality temps instead. Every month there is a new hire, yet it's office management that's the problem

The change in ownership has let me down. The hygienist was brutal and I have a high pain tolerance. The dentist was cold, didn't even say 'hello' and seemed not to know what was going on. They even had a full conversation about finances while they were replacing a filling. The work was good, but it was unprofessional and they followed up the work with both a 'you have very good teeth' then a lecture about health care. So impressed with doc Dean - smooth and steady hand- excellent bed side manner! Im a nervous patient and he was a total sweetheart and loved his work when I was finished! Thank you! Will be back!
