I was referred here by my doctor. 3 weeks passed and they never reached out as I was told they would within 10 days. I called and they gave me an appointment 3 months out . I told them it was urgent and if I can be seen sooner or I can even leave work and drop by if there were any cancelations. They never reached out. 7 weeks later I just got my Doctor to refer me elsewhere and I was seen the next day. Just go somewhere else, don't waste your time here.

I had waited 4 months for an appointment. When they called me to schedule one I had asked how long the appointment typically takes as it will be during my lunch break, they told me around 30 minutes. They had called and emailed several times to confirm the appointment that I had already confirmed. A week before my appointment they called to change the time as the doctor was planning to leave early that day. I had moved my work meetings around to accommodate the new appointment time. I had arrived 10 mins before my appointment and waited for 45 minutes I had told the front desk that I was on my lunch break and wasnt anticipating for this appointment to take this long. She called the doctor and said they will try and see me within half hour. I waited 50 minutes and told them I had to go back to work. She asked if I wanted to reschedule.. absolute waste of my time and gas coming to this clinic to get absolutely nothing done. Wish I read the comments before committing to an appointment.

Im not sure what to even say about my experience except that Im never returning. I was very early to ensure I wouldnt be late so I walked around the area and arrived on time. I ended up waiting 1.5 hours for a 2 minute appointment. I booked the afternoon off from work for this. Appointment wasnt even helpful and I was mistakenly told I have a condition that I dont have without an apology. I wont return and please dont waste your time. They might be paid by you or OHIP, but youre not. The book multiple patients for the same time. Lots of people arrived much later than myself and were called in pretty fast. Its torture having to wait in the reception area and having to listen to a group of 3 annoying patients whom were together for an appointment talking loudly across from each other and also another woman consistently coughing with no regard to others. I dont mind stairs, by its in a house with several flights so good luck if youre not mobile.
