I was referred to Dr. Carrol and am very grateful to her and her team. They made the whole process seamless, even allowing for communication through text message for scheduling which I greatly appreciated. The office is beautiful and the team is very welcoming. Dr. Carrol is very kind and a true professional.

Waited 6 months for an appointment, and without much observation, Dr Liu prescribed me Accutane. They make it really difficult to get the medication from the pharmacy of your choosing, as they have their own pharmacy, you'll have to jump through hoops to get it somewhere else. Since then, over the 9 month period, I thought I had virtual meetings with dermatologistsof this clinic, as they'd renew prescription and used to give me recommendations, but one of them admitted that they're not dermatologists, and if I wanted to speak to one, I had to make another appointment, I did, and it was still virtual, the so called dermatologist said on the one hand that Accutane would not help with my acne but on the other hand, prescribed me higher dose, and said that if I wanted to have a in person consultation, I would still have to get a referral from my doctor and still wait another 6 months, even though, I am currently on Accutane course and it takes the two of us to continue, they have to monitor, but don't. So I'm just stopping taking Accutane and will see a real dermatologist somewhere else. These guys have no moral compass. Reply to Reply: as I said, they have no moral compass to even own the fact that their pharmasmart pharmacy is the one getting prescriptions, and you have to make efforts to get prescriptions somewhere else. This is a fake dermatologist clinic, definitely not recommended

Compass Dermatology is honestly the best. The clinic's atmosphere is beautiful. Wonderful front desk staff who always greet clients with a smile. Dr. Redlick is not only knowledgeable and professional but she is also very kind. I would highly recommend Compass Dermatology for any skin care issues.
