We have been printing with Arc for several years now, but this was my first experience with this location. I would like to say that Steve Daniel's follow through, on a very important rush order, was incredible. Even in the midst of technology problems, Steve took the time to follow up, and make sure that our order was delivered to our client on time. He even personally delivered it for us! You just don't find that type of customer service very often any more, but you do at Arc!
