The experience was very positive and insightful. The communication was great. I appreciated the directness and transparency even when a mix-up occurred. Explanations were on point and informative. Fees would be my only comment. Fees were among the highest from the firms I looked at, but I also considered qualifications and experience. Expectations were met. I appreciated the timely responses, turnarounds and follow-ups.
