He's also been my doctor since I was born. I don't know what I'll do without him as he's helped me through so many problems and has always been thorough and educational in teaching me about any conditions. I cannot express enough how grateful I am. I feel he will eventually retire very soon, I hope that when he does, he enjoys a very happy and fulfilling retirement.

worst and rudest secretary on the planet. I called concern about my mums whereabouts and wellbeing. my mum called me several times but we couldn't hear each other. i knew she was heading to Dr Ho and getting her bloodwork. called Dr Ho and explained my concern this secretary response in Cantonese in a rude tone and manner "that's not my problem - that's your problem sorry cant help you bye bye" (word for word) and hung up on me. all i wanted to say was " pls if she comes back into your office - convey msg and have her call me with different phone so that i can pick her as she is 73. But she didnt even give me a chance to say this. blood work requires fasting and waiting 2 hours for 2nd test. that makes my mum weak. called back much ringing latter and got yelled at. i ask her to let me finish and she flat out said, "what you want me to find her? i am busy and cant do that. its my problem!" hung up on me again. so rudeness is excused by being busy? my goodness I've now understand this secretary reputation. the professionals can be so rude and hold power to slam phones on you? not very professional nor compassionate in a Doctors office no? she must hate her job it shows. ive also never come across such a rude professional before. unbelievable apparently "she's just rude - born that way" she is in the wrong line of work and the doctor needs to find a nicer secretary to the elderlies
