Doctors are great, reception is completely unresponsive. Its been impossible to reach reception over phone. I've called 12+ times and left 6-7 voice-mails in the past month with no response. My pharmacy tried contacting clinic on my behalf multiple times as well, to renew a prescription required daily. The clinic has not responded to the pharmacy either. I'm stuck scrambling for a walk-in to help me refill my prescription as I leave the country for the next month and am out of essential medication.

Extremely disappointing failed to send the approval of my prescription in time even after I called and the front desk it will approved that day. And dont answer their calls even during open hours.

A farce of a practice. Receptionist was rude when I was calling her about my meds being refilled. Doctor never bothered to send a renewal for my prescription of Serlatine to my pharmacy after SEVEN times I had contacted them. Had my pharmacy call then today, he said it would take a week since I'm just putting the order in now! I'm now 10 days without my meds and the withdrawal is brutal all because this clown can't submit a prescription. This is malpractice. I've filed a complaint and have reported Dr Shabash so others won't have to endure his incompatance and negligence. Stay away from this place.
