First time visiting this clinic and hospital very nice and friendly staff :) plus they have a great doctor at this clinic now. Dr Jemec is a fantastic doctor who genuinely cares about her patients.

The clinic has a wonderful open-plan design, and very skilled doctors.

My wait period, I'm being told is a minimum of 6 months to 12 months, because my referring dr doesn't want to write "urgent" on my referral. My body is rejecting a metal implant on arm, I have developed bone marrow edema, numbness on my palm and extreme pain overall. How can that not be urgent? And Dr. Paul from hand clinic has decided that I can wait one year just to be seen, God knows how much longer to have tests and then to possibly find out what needs to be done. It's been nearly 5 years of suffering, but my issues isn't urgent enough None of the staff can tell me if there s another specialist with a shorter waiting list, I find this a very inhumane attitude coming from a health care facility.

In regards to the secretary who has just taken the position (i would hope Dr. Jammec did not condone this). I haven't had the chance to see Dr. Jammec yet. I forgot about my first appointment and missed it, rescheduled. Cancelled 2 following well ahead of time due to circumstances beyond my control. When i tried to reschedule i was left a very rude and judgmental message stating since i have missed yet again, and why don't I get another referral and come in when I'm ready!? I'm in pain, and ready! and have already gone through the lengthy process of doctor, neurologist then referral! I've since tried to call back and left a message pleading to reschedule and to please not make me go through the whole process again with no response....I am going to try to get in touch with the Dr. or management somehow to complain and hope to get in for my consultation
