        Dr. Kryshtalakyj is an amazing doctor. She cares alot for her patients. I live far away but I still travel an hour to come and see her. Everyone in my family goes to her. She always know a great specialist if it's something that she can't do.

        I found Dr. Bohan Kryshtalakyj a little insensitive and rude. Definitely not super reassuring whatsoever. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing him at a consultation Im paying him for. Im sure hes qualified and knows what hes talking about but definitely made me more nervous about my TMJ condition. Not friendly. Also made some rude remarks that had nothing to do with why Im there. Not the most friendly and inviting atmosphere, when your working with patients you should do your best to make them feel comfortable and reassured for their future treatment plan... not nervous or targeted. Very bad example of good customer service, he has a very rude attitude.

        WHAT A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Dr. Bodhan Kryshtalskyj seems like a terrible doctor. My experience with him was disheartening beyond my ability to express.
