Dr. Ang and Dr. Chan are nice and very professional except the receptionist, Bernadette is very rude. I just want to ask something about my situation but she answered me rudely. She is unrespectful. Unlike, Juliet, she is nice and is very patient to answer any questions. I hope Dr.Chan and Dr. Ang will take action about this kind of behavior their receptionist is doing to their patients.

I am grateful to Dr. Vivienne Ang for her ability to be both pragmatic and empathetic in her care. She has always been consistent, experienced and willing to refer out when needed. I appreciate her bedside manner and willingness to listen. I believe she has sound judgement that I can trust and have been under her care for many years.

Been seeing Dr. Chan for almost 7 years. I've moved to three cities and I still want his clinic to be my main. He's seen me through so many scares with patience and practical solutions. Even if there is a long wait-time, I prefer Dr. Chan because he takes the time to chat with each of his patients and make them feel like people. I would recommend new patients to go to his clinic, but then you'd add to the already long list! If you're currently one of his patients then value the service he provides. I also really like Dr. Shimon's phamarcy and his staff. They make my ordering prescriptions (across cities) pretty easy. *I only removed one star for the administrative service. My family and I are Filipino but the Filipino ladies who handle the reception are kinda impatient with everyone. Maybe it's the pressure of the workload and dealing with multiple people, but it's just something to note.
