I am always so impressed by the professionalism and care from Dr. Naidu and the efficiency of his office staff. I always feel very reassured that I'm being given the best whenever I'm there.

WORST OFFICE!!! I would advise anyone new to the clinic to switch or find another cardiologist! The receptionists are beyond terrible! Misinforming clients of their appointments and giving attitude when simply asking to reschedule or change the appointment are just the tip of the ice berg! Dr. Gupta may be a great cardiologist but his receptionists are his greatest downfall to having an excellent run clinic.

My previous experience with this place was not good mostly because of the receptionist and partly due to other staffs. The receptionist is very irresponsible. Currently, I am planning to move out of this place because of a recent issue.

My experience was okay in the beggining. But got worse and worse. They book you for appointments and nobody calls you. Not the hospital, not the Drs Office. Nobody. They expect you to somehow know you have an appointment? I called today and was informed I have an echo and Holter booked for March and nobody informed me. Upon talking to my GP to switch cardiologists, she called Dr Naidu to try to get a hold of him. In two months no response, I called multiple times to rebook a stress test and nobody reached out in the span of two months. I understand specialists are busy. But with heart issues, this is not acceptable. I encourage anyone with heart issues that need close attention and care from a Dr and their staff to look elsewhere. Seriously. Seems like they don't care about your health, just the money they make. It's left me, someone newly diagnosed with AFIB, feel lost and without the comfort of knowing I have a reliable Cardiologist to depend on when I need to.
