        A lovely office with the outmost professional and caring staff. From reception to the hearing check to Dr. Hay himself, at every step of my visit I felt cared for. Attentive, pleasant, upbeat, covering all the bases when it came to diagnostics. Truly a jem of an office. Huge thank you to everyone!

        Got my ears checked by Dr. Marshall Hay today (November 22, 2022). I found him to be kind, professional, and knowledgable. He used a different technique to clean my ears today, that none of my family doctors used in the past, which was highly effective. I had a very positive experience.

        I had a great experince with Dr Hays office - the entire staff were very welcoming and Dr Hay was able to determine the issue with my ear within minutes and resolved the issue - far exceeded my expectations would highly recommend ! - Ralph

        Please don't waste your time, worst ENT doctor ever, so rude and just wanna pass you out, with out finishing his job, pass him and search for another and will make sure my family doctor don't refer anyone else to him,
