If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I contacted Jim and Chris last fall to request if they could make me a custom dress for my wedding. More specifically, I wanted a ''party dress'' for the reception portion of the wedding. Someone I know had gotten her wedding dress from them and that's how I knew I had to work with them too! The final result is PHENOMENAL. I had shared some photos with Jim of what I had in mind and he did an outstanding job at understanding my vision, and creating something so beautiful and flattering on me. Throughout the entire process I felt that they cared about the final product and my satisfaction just as much as I did. Today I picked up my dress and it exceeded all expectations. I am soooo happy and excited about my Hoax Couture dress. I think I like it even more than my main wedding gown lol. Thank you so much for your amazing work guys! If you feel like an ugly duckling let Hoax Couture turn you into a swan. My experience was nothing short of amazing. Why have an off the rack dress when having something made just for you is more than affordable. Jim and Chris make the whole experience magical. I cant recommend this team more highly! My daughter and I decided to have our dresses custom made for her wedding last month. We each had a vision of what we wanted to wear but hadnt been able to find anything off the rack that was even close. I found Hoax Couture on Google and was impressed with their portfolio and reviews, and once we met with them we knew they were the perfect designers for us. We told Jim what we had in mind and it took him only 20 minutes to sketch our dresses and bring to life exactly what we had described to him. Hoax Couture was extremely accommodating and flexible, which was important as my daughter lives overseas and could only arrange her final fitting in the evening three days before the wedding. Jim was always available and offered constructive feedback and expert advice, but at the end of the day it was our decision as to what we wanted him to make for us. The final products were stunning. I just loved how my blue velvet dress fit, hung and flowed. It really moved with me. The corset back Jim recommended was an epic touch. He had taken my vision and created a dress that was wholly mine. My daughters wedding dress also was utterly fantastic. We received numerous compliments about both dresses throughout the wedding.
