I came in with an urgent cleaning on a suit since I was flying to a wedding in under 24hrs. The lady working went out of her way to drop the suit off and get it outside their regular schedule. "DO NOT BRING YOUR WINTER COAT HERE." I dropped my DOWN ALTERNATIVE winter coat to be cleaned, pointing out it WAS NOT DOWN and WASHABLE and she even looked at the label stating that. I was quoted a price of 13.99. When I picked it up the bill was 39.99 plus TAX. The BILL read: DOWN FILLED COAT!!! IT IS NOT A DOWN FILLED COAT AND DOES NOT REQUIRE THE SAME CARE AS DOWN. When I asked how much it was to clean a regular coat, I was told it was 40.00 WHEN the sign in the window reads $13.99... U BE THE JUDGE. I CLEARLY FEEL RIPPED OFF AND LIED TO. (this is the same clerk that checked the label upon bringing it in!!!!!) I would have washed it for that price. I AM ANGRY. Service: Eco-friendly cleaning

Took a shirt in to get the shirt tails shortened to wear it as a unbuttoned shirt. Pretty simple job. They decided to add a bottom triangle of fabric to the bottom as they said they just tried to make it the same as before. Didn't make any sense and ruined the shirt to the point that it can't be worn anymore because they also cut too much off.
