I washed my cold coats here, it is unthinkable that there are places that have torn and the important thing is that it is not cleaned, the lipstick and stains on the sleeves and hat are not cleanliness. Please be careful when doing laundry here and check before leaving the store. It is really important.

I had an exceptionally bad experience today. First and foremost I waited over a week for alterations that should have been completed in a more timely fashion. Upon leaving the shop with these alterations I realized that one pair of pants hadnt been done at all and the other pair were completely wrong. The instruction I gave was ignored and the application was done to the opposite of what I requested. Luckily, I checked these items out as soon as I got home as I could have thrown the receipt away and been out close to sixty dollars. The one pair of pants Id planned to wear to an event this evening and of course this grave error put an end to that. Now I have to wait another week. I had a similar experience two years ago where I paid for an alteration that hadnt been completed. This is sloppy and poor customer service as far as Im concerned and a full refund should have been issued. Its an unnecessary lesson learned and going forward Ill take my business elsewhere as Im left feeling miffed and ripped off.

I took a $250.00 pair of pure Silk slacks, (said Dry Clean only on the label) in for Dry Cleaning. I told them they were SILK. What I received back did not look like my slacks but they were. They were kind of milky greyish, the zipper was ruined, there were IRON Marks but no crease down the front of the legs, the feel of the silk was almost sticky. I asked for my $12.50 back and they said they could not refund as they were not the owners, they said they had to call the warehouse and ask them. All I was asking for $12.50 and ended up with ruined slacks. I would never go there again. They actually told me I would have to talk to the warehouse. TERRIBLE way to do business. I took my slacks and left with no refund. So I'm writing this bad review which is all I can do. Service: Special care fabric cleaning
