I have been going to this dry cleaners for 20 years. I was very disappointed with my last experience. I had brought several pieces to be cleaned and altered due to covid I was advised the cleaning would be delayed which was understandable. I picked up all of my order when it was ready how was advised my wool coat was not ready it would be a couple of weeks. I paid my full order including the coat and she advised me it will not be a problem picking up as she knows I paid. I sent my son to pick up end of October and she said to him sorry I had not paid. I was upset looked everywhere to find my receipt reflecting full payment however could not find. In December I went back disappointed and thought well I have to pay the coat again when I reached the store I was told I did not play any of the bill and owed her 75.14. I said that is impossible I am willing to pay the coat again as i could not show proof of my receipt however not my full order, and told her you would of never allowed me to leave not paying for most of the pieces. She insisted I did not play and said she would sell my coat if I did not want it. I was upset and and said I would be back with that receipt. I finally found the receipt in January went back to the store and finally got my coat. The experience was horrible for me and I found her very dishonest....moral of the story do not loose your receipt as you allow yourself to be taken advantage of. Very disappointed I will never go back nor recommend this business Service: Alterations
