This training is fantastic and it definitely government regulated and valid across Canada. They really drive the info into you with their quizzes. Everything is really easy to understand as well. The other two reviews on here weren't helpful at all and should be removed.

Be careful when purchasing their online classes. I bought the Food Handler's course accidentally for my daughter who didn't need it. Even though it was a day later, I couldn't get my money back because I couldn't find a defect with the course. Be sure you want to buy, before purchasing their courses.
