Karma is an excellent appfor freelance work given that it always has an array of events/activations. The coordinators and managersare excellent as they staff a diverse team of brand ambassadors, provide timely responses, and ensure the satisfaction of clients andstaff members. What distinguishes the company from other staffingagencies is the fact that everything is done on the app, including applying for jobs and invoicing. I highly recommend Karma to anyone seekingfreelance employment or looking to gain marketing experience.

Karma Casting is hands down my favourite events staffing agency to work for. The bulk of my events are with Karma because they are truly the best of the best. The app is very innovative and helpful in booking and keeping shifts organized as well as tracking invoices for payments (plus they pay faster than every other agency). They always have so many different types of events so theres something for everyone. The account team is also a dream to work with!
