Barbara was very responsive in initial communications, and set up a call with an associate regarding my employment law issue. I met with Alexis, who provided some helpful and sound advice, which allowed me weigh my options and know where I stood regarding the issue. I ultimately sought further advice and review of multiple documents (during negotiations), which Alexis reviewed and made suggestions towards resolution without having to get directly involved (which was appreciated). I would recommend using this firm if you are facing an employment concern, such as being laid off or terminated. It helps to have a lawyer who can advise you on what your rights are and what is actually reasonable related to the terms presented.

What I anticipated would be a time of high stress was made a million times more manageable thanks to the incredible team at Ryan Edmonds Workplace Counsel. My first point of contact was with Barbara, who from that start was incredibly kind, compassionate, and prompt in getting me the information I needed. My initial lawyer (who was also wonderful!) decided to pursue further education, and I must admit I was apprehensive about working with someone new. However, upon meeting Alexis I quickly realized that I was in wonderful hands and was filled with the utmost confidence. It was clear that she had done her due diligence on reviewing my file, and came prepared with follow up questions and suggestions on what to do moving forward.
