Our team works extensively with recruitment partners across the GTA and interprovincially; PTC has been one of those trusted partners for some time now. They listen to our needs and focus on providing only quality candidates for review. I'd highly recommend their team.

I am compelled to write a review about their setup and company after dealing with them. They are not like general employment agencies where they find work for you and you are kind of their employees and entitled for holiday pay and stuff. They treat every worker as independent contractors where they don't have to pay holiday pay and any other benefits. Be aware of their classification as you lose a lot of benefits that come with being an employee like claiming unemployment if you accumulate certain amount of hours. They also make you sign that you cannot accept job offer from the company where they send you on contract contrary to market norm. Being a contractor as opposed to am employee is a serious topic. You loss a some benefits and you gain some freedom like you can work from home and you can devise your own plan of work. So in reality when you be working with ptc you will be an employee but you treat you on paper as contractor to get away from all the responsibilities an employer bear. To me it's tricky form of stealing wrapped in legal terms. However their behavior is amazing no doubt about that.
