        Very unprofessional company. They sent an amateur young person to do assessment on a rental building who whatever didn't have any idea regarding construction industry. In his report he mentioned unbelievable cost e.g 15 windows replacement cost $35k, 3 exterior door replacement cost $10k, 5000 sq ft flooring for rental apartment to be $30k and the list goes on and on. They have no idea that on rental properties people use cheapest possible materials and not $7/ sq ft hardwood as per there calculations. Stay away from them and hire a mature professional company.
