As a large organization and in our unit for over 20 years, we required new CAD drawings to prepare for some renovations. A representative from MDzyne was at our office within 48 hours and had our new drawings to us very quickly. The response time was just amazing! MDyzyne is experienced, professional and the end product was superior! Can't say enough about the high level of customer service!

Professional, efficient. Quickly understood what was needed and did not over-complicate the process. Needed as-built drawings digitized to file demolition and renovation plans. A ten minute call and I knew we were on the same page.

They are one of the most unprofessional companies I have ever worked with. The CAD file I was given is not supported. They also give out a fake phone number in emails so when you call them its always busy. Then when they want to reach out theyll call you from a different number completely. They took over 6 months to complete a simple product and have not fixed the issues that remain. The best advice I could give to someone thinking about using this service. RUN AND DONT LOOK BACK!!!!
P.S. I have received a call saying they will fix the issue. This review will be updated when the problem is fixed
