This establishment is extremely unprofessional and careless with their service as well as with the handling of their products. They make little to no effort to reconcile or come to a positive outcome when dealing with THEIR mistakes and shrug off all of it like its not their problem. This has happened multiple times and I chalked off the first two times as I believed it may have been certain employees or whatever. But, at this point its getting out of hand and this behaviour is not acceptable, especially, as a company of their standard. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY AND DOING ANY SORT OF BUSINESS WITH THEM. Completely disappointed and disgusted that this level of negligence is allowed or tolerated.

PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY Completely untrained and inexperienced Was screamed and bellowed at on the telephone even though there was an "appointment" Please have this closed down ASAP
