Best vendor from our big day!! From planning each detail, creating timelines and taking away all of the stress before and on the big day, Lia did it all! She is respectful, friendly, passionate and professional. It was such a joy to have her on our big day and we enjoyed every moment knowing that Lia was taking care of everything. There arent enough words to describe how amazing and instrumental Lia was in making our wedding day a magical one. From our very first conversation, Lia was organized, knowledgeable and her calm demeanour put us at ease. Leading up to the wedding, our phone calls and video chats with her kept us on track. She ensured we didnt miss any important details, wrote a well thought out itinerary, and helped ensure the day was planned to go as smoothly as possible. Whenever we had a random question or worry, she was quick to answer them and put our minds at ease. On the day of the wedding, Lia and Grace were crucial in ensuring the day went smoothly and we were kept on time. Knowing they were on top of everything helped us relax and enjoy the day. Our family also had nothing but amazing things to say as well and knowing how on top of everything Lia and Grace were allowed them all to be present and enjoy the day rather than running around themselves. I was referred to Lia by a friend 3 years ago when we first started planning our wedding. Three years later and several moved dates - Lia was so accommodating on all changes and uncertainties around the wedding. We used Lia for her Month of Coordination and truly couldn't have executed on our wedding day without her and her team. She managed all vendor communications, created a thorough itinerary (shared with vendors, bridal party and family), helped set up all of DIY decor and so much more! She thought of every detail, and was so attentive to both families and of course, myself and the groom. Her and her assistant Grace were organized, available and worked so so hard to make sure everything went to plan. After a long wait, she made the day so worth it for us with minimal stress.
