Agree 100% with Heather! I'm in the same boat. They have held my money for 4 years now. 2 because of covid and 2 because they are just not planning events in my province anymore. They refuse to give me a refund and will not even respond to my emails. This company is a total scam artist - DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I registered for Mud Hero NS 2022 in November of 2021. The event was scheduled to take place September 6th 2022 in Debert, NS. The event was cancelled, with no communication or public statement issued from the company, because Mud Hero was not able to secure a date or location for the event in Nova Scotia- yet there was a date and address provided when I registered. The company refused refund, even though they cancelled the entire event, instead stating the registration fee would be transferred over to the NS 2023 event. However, there is no 2023 event scheduled for NS and they are still refusing refunds. Extremely disappointing. I'll avoid any events connected to Mud Hero/Crazy Canuck in future and I encourage you to save yourself the headache and lost money as well!
