The Butler Did It

Would rate a zero if possible. Was stood up at first meeting because of a company failure to send a zoom link for a first meeting. If this wasn't bad enough the wrongdoing was assumed to be on my part so that "higher level" management Christian Lloyd treated me as if I was doing the same when I excused myself for a matter of seconds during my next meeting and left without a word. I was the one who had to contact and follow up only to receive a disappointing and uncommunicative response. Don't waste your time or money on these people; extremely unprofessional behavior in which they did not provide the services they had offered and also have not compensated me for the time they wasted of mine on top of this. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Booked The Butler Did It 4 months in advance of my wedding. 6 weeks before the event, they advised that they had forgotten to include the $700 travel fee in my quote. This seemed very unfair as we had relied on the initial quote when deciding to with the Butler Did It. They were unwilling to negotiate on the travel fee even though it was entirely their mistake. As we were on a tight budget, we had no choice but to find alternate staffing options. The person I dealt with at The Butler Did It was pleasant enough but their mistake and unwillingness to negotiate caused a huge amount of stress in the leadup to our wedding.
