Himani was super friendly and nice, didn't try to up sell me on any products or packages. I had my first consultation and the 30min sampler and the experience was great. The facial was superb and my glow lasted for days. I immediately felt the difference and felt how replenished my skin felt after the facial. I'm not one to 'cry over spilt milk' but I so terribly regret the $200 'The Works' I paid, for nothing here. For that amount of money, you too can get to lie on a bed with other people around, there's no privacy and you can leave after a few fluttery finger tips and moisturizer looking exactly how you looked going in; forget imagning you'd come out with a post-facial glow. No consultation, not worth it at all. I've had some fabulous facials before but this place is 'local' to home so wanted to try it after seeing the 4.5 stars on google. Basic as basic comes with Ritz Carlton Clarins spa prices. Dont waste your time or money. It's awful.
