I booked an appointment with the psychoeducational clinic in October 2021 and was given the earliest appointment in January 2023. Despite calling and setting up an appointment, they never sent a follow-up confirmation. When I called in November 2022 ahead of my expected appointment time, to confirm the appointment date and time (because no follow-up was previously sent), my calls (about 10 over a month) went straight to voicemail. Their voicemail indicates a call back will be given within 2 days, this was NEVER the case. I have not had a single call back, a single voicemail, email, anything. I am really upset at the lack of urgency an the less-than-bare-minimum care. Really puzzling and I would say 'poor service' but there is no service in the first place. Do better. Update: Feb. 10th, 2023 I went in-person to the clinic today at 2pm to see what was going on with the lack of communication. After finding the clinic (an abysmal looking place, as a side note), the office staff was not even there. There are no hours posted online or at the office. I heard from another women in the waiting room that whoever was in the office before had "left a long time ago", indicating this individual left at or before lunch - early weekend? There was no indication of any early closure of hours, and it was a huge waste of time. Absolutely shocking and lazy.

5 stars - are you joking? This is just a group of children learning how to say even basic words and not even doing it right. Their training seems to be very superficial. What would they know about middle age, employment, acculturation or family problems if they are not married, didn't see much of the world and were never employed? Don't waste your time.
