I had a great experience. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful and the quality of care I received from the doctor was fantastic.

I felt that my new Dr. Wasn't very nice to me and the way she treated me was like really not so nice ya I will be looking out in the future for a new Dr if that is what she wants because my special needs and medical attention is being ignored etc. That's not how a Dr should treat their client to rush them into appointments and say my health is declining and getting worse and there's nothing to be solved to do about it because I am a sensitive individual and need to be looked after and the correct form and be accepted if forms need to be signed etc. Just need the right respect thanks and take care

The doctors are amazing, reception is amazing. I used to see Dr Warren who is amazing. I now see Dr Shokri who is amazing. Dr Kavousi - Amazing. HOWEVER - they will force you to book an in-person appointment just to get prescription refills. It's extremely, extremely annoying and frankly quite predatory imo. They justify it by saying that it's so they can confirm you need the meds still etc. But they will also just do it if you pay them. So is it for the patient's sake, or is it for money?? To me this is wasting both the patient's time, and the tax payer's dollar. If they offered free and hassle-free prescription renewals they would be 5 stars in my eyes, easily.

On April 11th at 3.30 pm, we (my mom and I) went to discuss my lab and ultrasound results with Dr. Shokri, all I can say is every negative review that I read about her is true, she was forcing me to take birth control pills against my wish, when I clearly told her, Id prefer to see an endocrinologist first, and then start taking medication for my condition! She became defensive and told me that she has enough literacy and I should listen to her because this medical center does not work this way and the patients MUST listen to the doctor and what they prescribe! She clearly does not have enough confidence and self-control especially, for the position of a doctor which should be caring and patient. I dont know why they let her see patients in her condition. In the middle of our appointment, while I was still talking, she stood up and told me that she is not going to give me a referral for an endocrinologist and then she said IM DONE, IM DONE WITH THIS APPOINTMENT. While shouting! At this point, we were all standing up and she pushed my mom out of the room while grabbing her arm. (Physical assault.) and then, when we refused to leave the room, she just went outside and into another room and locked the door behind her. She is absolutely outrageous, unprofessional, and inhumane with disgusting behaviour. Im also going to send an email to Eglinton station medical centers medical Director about this matter. Disgusting behavior, shes an awful person. Do not risk your life seeing her.
