I have purchased two bags from ai online, it's been a year and so far so good! the vegan leather held up even in the vancouver rain (not recommended)! I love the colors and the design. I wish they would re-stock some of the bags online, either than that I think they make great bags for everyday use.

I was really looking forward to my purchase, the brand seems really cool and the bag looked so cute in pictures (I got the black mini croc) but the quality is just not there. Its really plasticky and light, and doesnt have any sturdy weight to it. I totally get that its vegan leather but compared to the fake leather bags I have from popular contemporary designer brands, I dont think itll hold up. Its an ok bag but just not worth the cost. You could find the same quality at a mall for way cheaper, or much better quality at the same price point at designer outlets... surprised by the exclusively positive reviews and a bit disappointed in my purchase

I purchased the esse bag earlier this year and absolutely love it, it's become by go to bag for everyday running around. Unfortunately at the beginning of September(the 3rd), after only a few months the button which keeps it closed popped off. I reached out to the team to see if there was any warranty or if I could even just drop it off to have it repaired.I was replied to quite quickly(within hours) with an offer to replace the bag which I was so grateful for.. but from there is when it all went south. Tiff came along and it took another two weeks for them to get back to me, which I understand, it's a busy time. So I followed up and they got back to me, but then that was it. I simply asked if they could please confirm the location and time to go by myself to pick up the new bag they offered. Since September 12th they have essentially completely ghosted me, and I still have a damaged bag which I can't really use anymore. To say the least I'm quite disappointed in this. I loved this bag and I did love the brand and had intended to purchase more but after this, it won't be happening.

I recently purchased two Esse bags for my daughters for Valentines Day. They were packaged beautifully and the bags were even more stunning in person. I have to purchase another one for myself! Absolutely gorgeous!

Beautiful bags! They have really awesome customer service and super quick delivery. I ordered my purse on Saturday and it arrived on Monday. I love my new purse!!
