        If there was a option for 0 stars I would give it. I went to this location for the first time and it was not worth it. There were 2 associates standing at the front of the store chitchatting away. Not one of them even bothered to communicate with me they just ignored me. Then I went to the other side towards the register and they greeted the next customer that walked in. They never bothered to see if I needed help. They didnt ask anyone for help just busy talking away. I went in to mk and I was welcomed on the spot and the sales associate helped me and checked in on me. Never going to this ks again.

        I dont know who the lady was at the entrance but I have never ever felt so unwelcome and uncomfortable in any store I have been to. This store really needs to fix the staff and train them properly on how not to be judgmental and rude to their customers. I have been shopping with KS for so long and this was the first time that I walked out of the store without buying anything.
