Rolltation Sushi Burrito

Finally mustered up the courage to try this place- the concept of an oversized sushi burrito doesnt really sound as pleasant. I like sushi and I like burritos.. i asked myself, what could go wrong? Well.. plenty of things. 1. The proportions of the filling have to make sense or else itll just be overwhelming. 2. How fresh are their ingredients? 3. Is the seaweed wrap going to hold everything? 4. Will the textures and flavours make sense or compliment each other? I shouldve just went for the poke bowl. I ordered the teriyaki burritos (I thought the miso salmon was cooked and not sashimi so I switched my order to teriyaki last min.) Too much rice action in the wrap and the seaweed holding it together was too chewy the ingredients all together werent that bad but not in a wrap. The good thing about it was that it was sizeable so half of the wrap was sufficient but how do you even save the leftovers and eat it for later? I guess there will be a part 2 to this review. It was messy and fell apart easily. 3 stars because the ingredients was fresh. I might change it if I decide to try the bowls they have.
