Ordered food for my daughter at sick kids. You would think when that some care goes into preparing food for delivery but people don't care. The box of chicken was an absolute mess. This chicken should not of been sold. The drink was also packaged inside the box with the chicken. Absolutely a disgrace. I called to at least have them repair the order. There response " not my problem, prove it ". Millenials working. Years ago they would be fired in on the spot.

The chicken here in comparison to Eaton Centre KFC is dried and way saltier. I think base on the way it taste the oil hasnt been change very often.

Reported to Toronto Public Health. After realizing our order was wrong, we returned to the location. The staff took the pieces of chicken that were incorrect from our take out boxes and put them BACK in their chicken warmers, to be given to another customer. I had expressed my concern, and another customer had watched the exchange. Aside from the obvious issues that the order was wrong and no compensation was given, the sheer fact they did not consider the health implications of taking food that could have been touched by a customer and serving it to the next has made it so that I cannot return to this location. I have been there multiple times before, and I suspect there has been a change of management recently. Please consider this in your purchases.
