Tim Hortons

Wonderful location across Toronto Western Hospital, great access to TTC, parks and restaurants. The service is ok, but there is an employee that is super rude to customers and everyone else, this person has a cold attitude towards persons of disabilities or anyone asking for like example: a tray or a bag or assistance. I surprised that no one hasnt told her off yet or that she still works there.

One of the worst locations every time i come in here there is homeless sleeping all over the chairs with all of the bags the bathrooms are disgusting and not to mention the service i always get the same specific lady who has no idea what she is doing and she literally causes a problem with me every time (last time she didnt hear me properlly and got mad at me and over charged me so i repeated several times and she just began asking someone to void transaction pointing at me saying im wrong thats what i said )to be honest there isnt much good tims locations anymore most of them are all over taken by homeless and bad service
