This is one of the worst Tim Hortons Ive ever been to. Ever since the renovations they have been an absolute nightmare. Every time I order here they mess it up! They forget everything and they burn everything! As you can see the croissant is literally black.. disgusting. Not only is the service bad now, this location has problems with a lot of homeless people and I even saw one time they let a man smoke crack out of a pipe with no one telling him to leave. So filthy.

They really need someone who is knowledgeable of the computers, the names of products, the products available, and what is made with what. First know thy the location usually has a lot of people down in their luck in this area and there are some people who look out of it. Thats not my issue, it doesnt bother me, considering the area, my issue is this. I had an offer on my Tims app for a Coffee and grilled chicken and ranch wrap for $7. I approached the cashier made my order which was not processing. After a few tries the cash asked for help and that was fine, he then asked for my name, I said Angie, he Looked baffled so I dsaid Angela, he then said OkY well your name will be Andy. Im one to know how to say someones name and ask for spelling if unsure, that was annoying to me and rude. When I received my order. (Note: the order was called out as per what I ordered) I thought this is weird? Theres no box around it and its smaller from what I remember. And given to me ina small bag. I left with the questionable wrapping because I had no time and had to get to class . When I opened it. It looked like a burrito. Fully closed wrap. I bit in and was surprised at all the different ingredients that I never knew came with a chicken bacon ranch wrap. There was rice with a spice to it. Beans, corn. And then the usual lettuce tomato, bacon and ranch. I think they made there own creation. And I will say tasted fine, was not what i ordered
